EMMANUEL EFUNTAYOMr Emmanuel Efuntayo is a seasoned and certified Estate Surveyor and Valuers of repute and integrity.He has an academic foundation in Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 1982 and obtained a B.Sc Degree in Management and law from Dublin Institute of Technology (Ireland) in 2003. He has a Diploma in Advance Property Practice, a past Graduate Diploma in Web Development and Design. A Certified Estate Agent of the Republic of South Africa (CEASA), Mr. Emmanuel Efuntayo is the principal of the firm. His meritorious career has taken him through reputable organization like Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, EIB International Bank (now Skye Bank). Mr. Emmanuel Efuntayo is experienced in Estate Cosultancy, Facilities Management, Project Management, Property Development and Valuation. He also doubles as the partiner in-charge of Business Development and General Administration. |

His career started with Habitat Royal Property Services as a property Maintenance Manager. Akinbobola maitanmi has over 10 years working experience. He is Senior Estate Surveyor, in charge of Property Development. |

OLATUNDE OGUNSHEHINDEOlatunde Ogunshehinde holds a B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. He is young and energetic and a member of International Facility Management Association, Nigerian Chapter (IFMA). He head the facility Management of the Division of the firm. |
