We are often commissioned to handle valuation of assets with due regards to the various components of all the assets including tangible (Corpus) and intangibles (Spiritus).Such assets are usually in the form of land, buildings, plants and machineries and goodwill.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We are also professional property managers. Property management is similar to facilities management excepting that property management includes a consideration of some other soft issues such as leasing, renewal, lease format, tenant qualification, service charge management, lease administration and rent collection.

We handle disposal, acquisition and letting of properties on behalf of our clients. Our goal is to put at our clients’ disposal our wealth of knowledge and experience of the mechanism and the workings of the property market thus ensuring value for money.
FEASIBILITY AND VIABILITY STUDIES
Property like every investment is subject to diverse risks. These risks include structural, market, tenant, taxation, planning and legal risks. Consequently, it is imperative to carry out pre-investment studies to ascertain whether contemplated development project or investment is feasible and essentially viable.
We conduct feasibility studies for clients and advise on viability of real estate projects.
TITLE REGISTRATION
In land transactions it is imperative that notice of succession to title in any form be given to the Land Registry. Title registration is a process that involves obtaining Governor’s consent, stamping and registration.
We handle Title Registration on behalf of clients timely and perfectly.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We undertake project management on behalf of the client as far as real estate development is concerned. This entails project planning, appointment of consultants and contracts administration. The goal of project management is to ensure that projects are managed such that project execution is within the agreed time and financial framework. As project managers we strive for quality, timeliness and economics so that our clients can have value for money.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
We conceive viable and bankable real estate development projects and get them discussed with clients for execution. Sometimes, we are instructed by clients with development or redevelopment properties to organise developer’s finance arrangements that are of mutual benefits.
TRAINING
We organise on-site and off-site training for clients in the area of Facilities Management (FM). Our training programmes are customised to meet the training needs of the clients’ organisations.
